Tecomatlán Processing Plant

Accelerating Antimony Production

In October 2025, the Company secured a key piece of infrastructure with a lease and purchase option for a fully established 150 tpd processing plant near the small town of Tecomatlán in the state of Puebla, Mexico. This strategic acquisition, located just 50km from the Company’s Los Lirios Antimony Project, is a decisive move to provide EVR with a clear line of sight to near-term antimony production and positions the company as a first mover in North American antimony supply.

Securing the Tecomatlán plant is central to EVR’s strategy to fast-track the development and production of this critical mineral.

The plant was previously used to crush and process ore from artisanal mines in the region.

The facility includes essential components like jaw and cone crushers, three ball mills, flotation circuits and water bore.

The Company is leasing the plant through staged lease payments with an option to purchase, this approach helps preserve working capital and defers major capital commitments until production ramps up.

EVR has completed a technical due diligence and is finalising technical refurbishment/upgrade studies.

The plant has a nameplate capacity of 150tpd. EVR is expecting engineering studies to be completed by the end of 2025 to establish the path forward.

Strategic Path to Production

The acquisition of the Plant is cornerstone to EVR’s strategy to rapidly transition from exploration to production.

Stage 1

Low cost, simple two-stage gravity concentration

(4-6 months)

EVR is planning a short-term production pathway, underpinned by sourcing feedstock from local artisanal miners with suitable ore characteristics.

Initial test work on material from Los Lirios has shown that a simple, two-stage gravity processing flow sheet could provide concentrate based on encouraging recoveries of stibnite via this method.

This has two principal benefits:

  1. The likely CAPEX and OPEX for this process to be undertaken through plant refurbishment is relatively low.
  1. As the process does not involve the use of reagents, it could be done under simple operational permitting.

Stage 2

Flotation/Leaching – optimal sulphide ore flowsheet to be studied, developed and permitted.

(12-18 months)

Additional metallurgical testing for flotation and/or leaching for sulphide dominated ore will be part of the second phase for the project.

This testing is planned to be done at the plant, enhancing cost structure and the strategic value of the acquisition. It will commence once drill core can be collected that properly characterises the project at depth.

Phase 2 will also necessitate typical environmental studies and relevant metallurgical and engineering studies to fully develop.

This approach allows EVR to quickly establish output of a tangible, valuable product, to potentially create a cash flow positive scenario where we can provide self-funding options.

This short-term production, combined with the plant’s connection to the national grid just 100m away for low-cost operating costs, forms the foundation for a larger supply chain strategy.

This supply could further increase once the Los Lirios Project reaches commercial production and if EVR’s high-grade antimony projects in Nevada prove economically viable.

Securing the North American Antimony Supply Chain

The initiative extends beyond Mexico, serving as a foundational hub for EVR’s broader North American Strategy.

Through the initial, modest production achieved by processing artisanal ore, EVR is confident it will establish the necessary infrastructure, community relationships, and technical expertise.

EVR intends to then leverage this platform to process ore from our flagship Los Lirios Antimony Project as we advance it towards production.

Importantly, this first-mover advantage has the potential to establish EVR as a key player aligned with North America’s strategic goal of securing domestic and allied production of critical mineral.

By creating an integrated supply chain, EVR is actively building a robust and sovereign source of antimony, directly addressing the critical mineral supply chain security needs of the US and its allies.
